New Goals

My roommate, Jessica, and I have set this goal. We decided to add more to our lives. Starting tomorrow, February 1st, we are going to try something new each day. We made a deal to try something we have never done before for one month. We talked about the new things we can do each day. I am so excited. Each day after our adventure we are going to write about. Somedays our adventures are going to me more eventful then other but they will all be exciting. We talked about how it might be difficult for us to going on adventures the days we work and are stressed with school work but we have a plan. We made a short list of back up plan ideas. If we don't have much time we will resort to this list. Maybe try a new food or craft project. I am so excited for these new daily adventures. I can't wait to share with all of you.

  1. This is so awesome! I absolutely love this idea! If you didnt mind a random person participating I think I could give it a shot... If you want it to be your own thing then I respect that aand look forward hearing about your adventures to come.

  2. I love this idea as well. Trying new things helps us get out of our comfort zones, expand our schemas, and embrace passions and perspectives that we wouldn't have before considered. I look forward to reading about your daily adventures into the unfamiliar!

  3. Erica, I would love for you to do this. I think its great that I can share my ideas and have others want to join. We have started out pretty slow but I can't wait for our adventures to get real exciting. Lets get started!

  4. So far I have adjusted the height of a tennis net, bought a lotto ticket (I didn't win, sadly) and took an ice bath. Tomorrow I am going swing dancing :) One of my teammates is doing the challenge with me... Today she ate a coconut haha. Feels great to be spontaneous!!!!!!
